Privacy Policy

Effective date: 6 July 2026 · Last updated: 6 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SRBD collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We are committed to processing personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

01Who we are (Data Controller)

The data controller responsible for your personal data is:

  • SRBD LTD — a private company registered in England & Wales (company no. 17311449), registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

For any question about this policy or your personal data, contact us at p.rambeau@srbd.io.

02What personal data we collect

We keep data collection to a minimum. Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:

  • Contact data you provide — when you email us (for example via the “Start your project” button), we receive your name, email address, and any company details, project information or other content you choose to include in your message.
  • Technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type and time of access) for security and reliability purposes.

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

03How and why we use your data (legal bases)

  • To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project — on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and/or to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
  • To provide our services — where we work together, on the basis of the performance of a contract.
  • To comply with legal and regulatory obligations — including accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering rules, on the basis of a legal obligation.
  • To secure and maintain the website — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.

04Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:

  • trusted service providers acting on our behalf (for example email, hosting and IT providers), bound by appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms;
  • our professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers) where necessary;
  • competent authorities where required by law.

05International data transfers

SRBD LTD is based in the United Kingdom and serves clients across Europe. Where personal data is transferred between the EEA and the UK, or to any service provider located outside your country, we rely on an adequacy decision or on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum), so that your data continues to benefit from an equivalent level of protection.

06How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. Enquiry correspondence is generally kept for up to 3 years from our last contact; data relating to a contractual relationship is kept for the duration of that relationship and for the periods required by applicable accounting, tax and legal rules (typically up to 10 years). After these periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

07Your rights

Under the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”);
  • request restriction of, or object to, our processing;
  • data portability, where applicable;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, email p.rambeau@srbd.io. We will respond within the timeframes required by law (normally one month).

08Complaints to a supervisory authority

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:

  • France — CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.
  • United Kingdom — ICO (Information Commissioner's Office), Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF — ico.org.uk.

09Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable safeguards.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be made clearly visible on this page.
